My design journey began when I was ten years old and was introduced to Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Prior to, I was infatuated with the pop music scene and the influences of N'sync and the Spice Girls. (I still love pop music today). So back to Buffy...I began a huge fan so naturally I went online to find more information about the show and discovered the wonderful world of fansites. I taught myself web design so that I could make my own fansites, which eventually led me to exploring more of design in general, and thus how I caught the design bug.

It was when I created a Corbin Bleu fansite with a complete stranger, who is now a close friend, that I discovered how much I enjoy promoting artists, especially the musical kind (for I love musicals!). For the Corbin Bleu fansite I was able to create a promotional campaign for his projects using my design skills. I made flyers, tshirts, and buttons - all free labor because I loved it. Currently, I'm establishing a name for myself on campus by designing flyers for events.
